Access to BIM 360 API

According to this stackoverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40488832/cant-get-hubs-from-bim-360-by-using-forge-data-management-api/40489566#40489566), i need enterprise account in order to access BIM 360 Docs hubs now . But i don't have enterprise account, how do i get access to the API?
